The Wallace Center is conducting collaborative research with partners to assess acceptability, feasibility, and adoption of telehealth and remote patient monitoring (RPM) for perinatal care. Currently, we are working with Highland Hospital, a county hospital serving Medical patients in Oakland, CA, to implement a patient acceptability study for postpartum at home blood pressure RPM for patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. In addition, in collaboration with Stanford Department of Ob/Gyn, we are researching the experience of Maternal Fetal Medicine providers using telehealth and RPM during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Based on Wallace Center's successful collaboration with Alameda Health Systems, we are forming a Perinatal Quality Improvement Initiative. Read more on our Perinatal Quality Improvement page!
